Solar Programs, Associate – Application Processing (Hybrid - Chicago, IL, Oakland, CA, Portland, OR - US)

Join Energy Solutions as a member of the Distributed Energy Resources (DERS) team. In this hybrid role you will assist in driving customer participation in programs that incentivize distributed and community solar. The position requires a minimum of one week on site at one of our offices (Chicago, Oakland, or Portland).

• Process complex project applications according to documented standard operating procedures.
• Track progress of work assignments, including work to be done and work completed.
• Provide professional written communication/questions to customers who have submitted applications.
• Communicate with other team members and supervisors using collaboration tools to resolve application questions.
• Maintain a high degree of efficiency and accuracy while under time constraints.
• Participate in team meetings and complete regular training sessions to expand program knowledge.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 2 years of related work experience).
• Strong written communication skills (verbal skills a plus).
• Computer literate with experience in MS Office Suite. Salesforce experience a plus.

Salary range: $60,000–$70,000/annually with a target compensation of $66,500/annually based on experience and qualifications. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, pre‑tax contribution plans, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), and a generous retirement package.
