Field Service Technician

A client of Insight Global is looking for a qualified Field Service Technician. This individual must be mechanically oriented with a love for hands-on, physical labor. They will be working on a customer site in the Chicago area working on Pagewide Press printers, performing preventative maintenance, break fix, resolving open cases, etc. This individual must have a love for customer support and interaction, as they will be interacting with customers daily.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4-5 years hands-on mechanical experience with large printers
- Must have strong technical acumen
- Strong work ethic, problem solving skills, can work well under pressure
- Customer support experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Pagewide Press printer experience
