The Senior Cost Estimator (Scheduler) is responsible for developing, maintaining, and reviewing baseline schedules in Primavera P6 to ensure full compliance with contract requirements. This position will conduct detailed schedule reviews, prepare monthly updates to reflect progress and accomplishments, and provide recommendations for maintaining or improving project performance. The Scheduler will also monitor and document construction progress, forecast and track schedule impacts, and support the resolution of construction issues and conflicts.

Acting as a key liaison between clients, contractors, and designers, this role will provide analysis and recommendations on plan revisions and strategies to effectively address project concerns.

• Update the Master Schedule for assigned projects.
• Update and distribute monthly schedules and reporting deliverables.
• Review baseline schedules and monthly updates, providing comments and corrections as required.
• Conduct baseline and monthly schedule analyses, addressing issues as needed.
• Provide project status reports to clients for assigned projects.
• Support the Schedule Manager with daily operational needs and shifting priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction, or a related field.
• Must have scheduling experience developing schedules using P6.
• Extensive scheduling experience working with architectural, engineering, and construction firms.
• Experience in light and/or heavy rail or infrastructure project (Preferred).
