OverviewThese position offers a hybrid work arrangement: three days a week in the office and two days remote. The role requires creativity and innovation to develop CAD 3D design models of steel structures and concrete foundations for 2D drawing deliverables.
Responsibilities- Support senior designers by producing structural drawings that are completed on time and within budget, maintaining quality and consistency that meets or exceeds customer requirements.
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical designers to resolve clashes within the 3D model, optimizing the overall design. Travel to client facilities may be necessary to verify on‑site physical design conditions.
- Adapt to a wide range of technologies in power generation, mining, oil & gas, and renewables, including carbon capture, solar, wind, battery storage, hydrogen, and natural gas.

Education & Experience- Associate Degree in Computer Aided Design Technology preferred.
- CAD certificate required if non‑degreed.
- Previous relevant experience considered.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in structural design.
- Proficiency in at least one major CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD or Micro Station).
- Awareness of ACI foundation design, AISC steel design, and OSHA regulations.
- Attention to detail and strong time‑management skills.
- Bentley Open Buildings Designer.
- Autodesk Navisworks.

The total compensation package for eligible positions will include a base salary or hourly rate and a comprehensive benefits package.
