They are an international firm with offices worldwide. They aim to provide solutions to create a carbon-neutral real estate industry in order to improve lives and communities.

Position Description
  • Building simulation
  • Advanced building materials; building envelope
  • Energy efficiency and sustainability for buildings
  • MEP and Building Enclosure Commissioning
  • HVAC and control systems; indoor air quality
  • External effects on buildings and their impact to the environment
  • Integrated design; project management
  • To apply for the Internship program, you must be a recent graduate starting the program within 12 months of graduation in the field of Mechanical or Renewable Energy Engineering or Architecture
  • To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must have either a degree or professional certificate from a foreign post-secondary academic institution and at least 1 year of prior related work experience in the Mechanical or Renewable Energy Engineering or Architecture field acquired outside the United States OR 5+ years of experience in this field.
  • Applicants must speak advanced English (B2 or higher)
  • Excellent computer and software skills in MS Office applications
  • Ability to understand and interpret engineering information
  • Ability to integrate into a diverse team
  • Interest in efficient energy-efficient and sustainable solutions for the built environment
