The
** DCI NPI Engineer develops
** manufacturing systems that meet quality and capacity required by the customer, maintaining and establishing operational methods and work standards. Provides engineering services implementing standardization (Maintenance plans, technical training, analysis and troubleshooting, capacity enhancement, improved technologies, training manuals) and develops continuous improvement strategies. Apply the skills and knowledge to maintain, develop, and implements correctly any manufacturing process, and in turn transfer any production line at a different location of the organization, maintaining the quality of our products to the costs set out in the estimated time.
** About Your Role:
**** Reports to Project lead engineer, works with Product Designers, Program managers and support engineers of the plant, to generate and track new business opportunities. (30%)
*** Participate in the development and implementation of manufacturing systems, assembly lines, methods, process sheets, standards and operator instructions. Make recommendations for the improvement of systems to achieve the goals of quality, cost and cycle time Assist in analysis / cost reduction projects. Assist in production layouts, line balancing , cost analysis.
* Coordinate and implement ECO / ERN ' s
* Performs analysis and control capabilities and implements changes lines for rolling, mixing and increased capacity.
* Review and analyze project information / product to the manufacturing system definition (Equipment, materials, specific features of the product cycle times, balancing, ergonomics, safety).
* Interpret schematic diagrams and verified in the field proper performance / functionality.
* Attend equipment releases & / or tools provider thereof. Propose and justify improvements to the products and / or processes to reduce costs and increase productivity.
* Coordinates implements and monitors the 3 Phases of Releases. Document, implements and controls the transfer checklist, release processes, 5 section. Work with the Design Engineer to ensure proper manufacturing product. Obtaining information machines& / or equipment (manuals, drawings, list of spare parts, routine maintenance etc.) and delivery to appropriate areas.
* Develop and establish the distribution and manufacturing process flow.
* Test and evaluate prototypes of new models.
* Perform any other activity that warrants his position or which is assigned by the immediate supervisor.
** Coordination of working groups for the implementation of assigned projects.** **(30%)
*** Samples requirement Engineering.
* Develop Flow Diagram , Process FMEA. Provides support for the development of CP 's.
* Elaboration & Instruction Sheets visual aids :
Process , Operation , Maintenance Routines Training partners [ Supervisors, Technical & Mechanical ]
* Reverse Engineering Application.
* Develop key performance indicators to release of a new project.
* Establish recommendations for changes and updates on new products. Analysis of Efficiency, Productivity, OEE, Downtime.
* Determine what activities are required to enhance the production of the products.
* Provides technical assistance for the improvement and problem solving.
** Support production lines new releases. (20%)
*** Preparation of documents to facilitate the process of making the product (Letter of process, visual aids, work instructions, operating manuals).
* Analyze, fix the flaws in the process.
