Pay Range: $100,000 – $130,000 USD

We are seeking a Professional Land Surveyor for a managerial role with immediate availability. This position oversees various survey-related projects, including the preparation of survey plats, topographic and boundary surveys, and implementation of advanced technologies such as:

• Laser Scanning
• Robotic Total Stations
• GPS Systems
• Drone Technology
• Manage field work for:
  • Topographic surveys
  • IDOT and Tollway projects
  • Heavy highway design and bridge construction
  • Large-scale topographic surveys
  • Construction layout and mapping
• Train and mentor Survey Interns in:
  • Principles and practices of professional surveying
  • Robotic surveying systems
  • Laser scanning, GIS systems, leveling, and measurement techniques

• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) License in IL, IN, or WI (preferred)
• Strong understanding of:
  • Topographic and boundary surveys
  • ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
  • Subdivision design and construction layout
  • Easements and plats of vacation
• Proficient in CAD, drafting, and general computer systems (Microsoft Office)
