Senior Electronic​/Project Engineer

Our company is growing! We’re looking for an experienced and energetic BSEE Electrical Engineer who thrives in a fast‑paced, exciting environment. In this position you will collaborate with engineers, customers, internal product and manufacturing teams, and Underwriter’s Labs. Compensation: $85 K – $130 K

• Analog, digital and microprocessor‑based embedded circuit design experience and ambitions, including mixed‑mode electronic circuits, microprocessor‑based temperature controls, motor speed controls, switch‑mode power supplies, and various user interfaces.
• Schematic capture tools experience.
• High energy and ability to work in a fast‑paced, exciting environment juggling multiple concurrent projects.
• Design and improve designs that solve our customer’s needs, including designing for UL, IEC, and EMI, minimizing unique part counts, designing for manufacturability, and designing for good thermal performance.
• Design verification testing of controls, including noise testing (ESD, conducted emissions, ring wave, etc.) and thermal chamber testing under load.
• Work closely with customers (primarily engineers) to develop product specifications and requirements.

• Ideally 5 or more years’ experience developing embedded electronic controls (but will consider less for the right candidate).
• Experience with schematic capture tools, preferably Mentor Graphics.
• BSEE Degree is required.
• U.S. Citizen or authorization to work in the U.S.
