Servi-Tek Facility Solutions is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Facility Engineering Manager to lead our engineering operations for a new geographic market. In this role, you will spearhead the launch of our facility engineering services group in an emerging region, utilizing your technical expertise and strong business development capabilities.

• Identify opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate a new regional market for facility engineering services
• Conduct market research, analyze potential demand, and formulate business plans for geographic expansion
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to drive sales growth and brand recognition
• Recruit, manage and oversee training for facility engineers in this market
• Oversee the implementation of facility engineering projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs
• Set and achieve aggressive sales targets, forecasting revenue, and managing budgets
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or equivalent in a related technical field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in facility maintenance engineering, including project management and operations
• Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably within the engineering or construction industries
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of facility engineering best practices, codes, and regulations
• Strong leadership abilities with a talent for building and motivating high-performing teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
