** About the job:
*** Lead test equipment set-up, software development, hardware-software integration, test execution, documentation, and communication of results to internal and external customers.
* Support design verification, process validation, and applications testing to help secure design wins and drive revenue growth.
* Guide Engineers and Technicians, providing technical assistance and direction as needed.
* Develop and execute test setups and acquire new characterization methods to improve test accuracy, efficiency, and data quality.
* Enhance test procedures using software tools such as VEE, Lab Windows, Visual Basic, Visual C, C/C++, and similar languages to streamline testing and data analysis.
* Communicate test results clearly to stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
* Recommend and help implement new lab equipment, tools, and procedure improvements.
* Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
* Maintain test equipment, including calibration, periodic maintenance, and inventory of consumables.#

As the resident expert in switch characterization and testing, you will play a key role in supporting the engineering, production, and sales teams, in particular by providing technical support and carrying out tests tailored to customer requirements.
