About the Role:

The Project Manager position is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and a solutions-oriented mindset. This role is focused on managing end-to-end execution of complex labeling, marking and coding equipment installations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery across diverse customer environments, balancing timelines, budgets, and technical specifications while ensuring compliance and performance standards are met. The position involves close coordination with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders and may require periodic travel to customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead customer-facing project execution, including planning, coordination, and scheduling for labeling, coding, and marking system implementations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and service departments, to ensure accurate and timely installation of systems and integration into existing production lines.
• Support customers with guidance on system performance, software configurations, and post-installation support protocols to ensure optimal equipment operation and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Background in packaging automation, labeling, or industrial printing systems is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage technical details and align cross-functional teams with customer expectations.
• Familiarity with labeling, marking, coding, or traceability systems is a plus; a technical or engineering background and experience in production environments are strongly preferred.
