Acts as the main client contact and single point of accountability for each project, overseeing all activities to ensure successful delivery—meeting schedules, budgets, program requirements, cost targets, and quality standards.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple retail and industrial projects, from kickoff and programming through closeout and handover.
  • Establish effective communication cadence with clients and internal teams.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on progress, budgets and issue resolution.
  • Schedule project milestones and deadlines, keeping all stakeholders informed.
  • Direct daily tasks for design staff; ensuring clear communication of milestones and deliverables.
  • Oversee submissions and approvals with local AHJs; attend planning and zoning meetings as needed.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to plans and specs.
  • Conduct post‑construction site visit and punch list review.
  • Oversee client billing and monitor project profitability.
Requirements
  • Minimum seven (7) years of full‑time professional experience.
  • Experience serving as a client point of contact on projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred:
    Experience with multi‑site retail/rollout projects and/or industrial projects.
  • Proven ability to follow brand guidelines and operational standards for consistency across locations.
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines requiring quick turnaround.
  • Experience working with various AHJs and adapting to different site conditions.
  • Strong collaboration with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors to maintain consistency and meet rollout schedules.
  • Experience assigning and managing tasks within an internal architecture team.
  • Proficiency and willingness to work in AutoCAD (not Revit).
  • Willingness to travel regularly to project sites 2‑3 times per month.
  • Self‑directed and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
