Hands-on involvement in the design process and project advancement including setting priorities and developing objectives.

The ability to serve as a technical resource for a multi-disciplined team.

• Highway and Roadway Plans, Specifications and Estimates
• Sewer Plans, Specifications and Estimates

• Professional society involvement.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum of 5 years of practical design experience in transportation engineering, highway design, and local street design.

Knowledge of IDOT, CDOT, municipal and IL Tollway design and standards.

PE license in IL.

Good communication skills and interaction with clients and internal team members is necessary.

Proficiency with Micro Station/Open Roads required. Modeling with Open Roads is desired. Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D software is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $90,000-$120,000.(Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience and skill set, as well as internal and external equity.)
