As a new graduate at ENERCON, you will be expected to actively engage in various tasks and responsibilities crucial to the success of our projects. You will be tasked with learning and applying codes and standards for designing projects, being organized and efficient, having a positive attitude toward learning and feedback, collaborating with senior engineers for field data collection, and adapting to new software systems.
Asking questions, using available resources, and connecting classroom knowledge with practical industry work are essential. Meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously are critical aspects of your role.

- Graduated from an ABET‑accredited school in one of the preferred majors.
- Available to start between January 2026 and April 2026.
- Preferred courses:
Steel, Concrete, and Structural Analysis. - Solid foundation in major core concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and as an individual contributor.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders at client sites.
- Must be able to navigate client sites to conduct walk‑downs and work outside.
