• Perform RF propagation studies on small and complex two-way Land Mobile Radio (LMR) communication systems and Microwave backhaul systems designs, primarily for state and local public safety markets, as well as large enterprises and utility companies.
• Provide guidance to the field and sales teams based on those results.
• Select the parameters, modeling coverage and base equipment of the respective systems based on system coverage / performance requirements such as:
  Radio Coverage and Design, Voice and Data Capacity Analysis, understanding of Customer Requirements, RF Link Budget Calculations, and link Availability.
• Participate in Proposal Reviews. Conduct Licensing Studies and contribute to Standard Practices.
• Contribute to development of required simulation software tools.
