- Train and mentor junior‑level Electrical Controls Engineers.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of engineering standards and control system procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Allen‑Bradley PLCs (Studio 5000), HMI development (Factory Talk View), and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with alternative HMI/SCADA platforms (e.g., Ignition, FT Optix) is a plus.
- Strong background in machine automation, electrical schematic design, and motion control systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical design; experience with Solid Works Electrical is advantageous.
- Experience with commercial automation products such as sensors, pneumatics, and vision systems.
- Hands‑on experience with PLC programming, HMI development, and multi‑axis coordinated motion control.
- Solid understanding of machine timing, industrial wiring practices, and safety standards.
- Strong electro‑mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to work independently.
