Transportation Engineer to join a Civil Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 4–10 years of civil engineering design experience focused on transportation and roadway projects with clients such as IDOT, CDOT, the Illinois Tollway, and local municipalities.
About the RoleCandidates must understand the full plan development process from project inception through completion. This role is well suited for a strong technical professional with experience using Micro Station, including CONNECT Edition and Open Roads Designer, who can lead technical efforts and interact directly with clients on local, community‑enhancing projects.

Base Pay Range$80,000.00/yr - $/yr
Responsibilities- 4–10 years of successful transportation project experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Micro Station is required
- Knowledge of Illinois Department of Transportation or Illinois Tollway design standards, procedures, and specifications is a plus
- CONNECT Edition and Open Roads Designer experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Engineer or ability to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe
- 4–10 years of successful transportation project experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
