The role supports the development, testing, and validation of driveline systems across agricultural and off‑highway vehicle applications, focusing on performance, durability, and reliability through V V activities using NI-based tool chains.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute verification and validation activities for driveline systems (mechanical and control aspects).
- Develop and run test procedures on rigs and vehicles to evaluate system performance, durability, and functional compliance.
- Utilize National Instruments Veri Stand
, Test Stand and LabVIEW to implement test automation, data acquisition, and result analysis. - Ensure testing is conducted in accordance with relevant standards, safety procedures, and customer requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies and data management processes.
- Proven expertise in driveline systems (mechanical layout, torque transfer, controls interface).
- Strong background in verification & validation processes, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Proficiency in National Instruments Veri Stand or Test Stand and LabVIEW tool chains for system testing and automation.
- Familiarity with vehicle communication networks (CAN, LIN) and data logging tools.
- Understanding of mechanical and control system interactions within powertrain and driveline domains.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in driveline or powertrain testing and validation.
- Experience in the agricultural sector or off‑highway vehicle development is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and in cross‑functional teams.
