Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Manage and supervise engineering operations across multiple client sites, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
    • Collaborate with on-site teams to identify and address operational challenges, implementing solutions to optimize performance.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure infrastructure, equipment, and systems are functioning at peak levels.
  • Project Management:
    • Coordinate engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
    • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and increase operational reliability.
    • Prepare detailed reports on project progress, site conditions, and operational metrics for stakeholders.
  • Technical Expertise and Support:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues at client sites, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
    • Review engineering designs and specifications to ensure feasibility and compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Collaborate with the design and development teams to integrate innovative solutions into facility operations.
  • Client Relations:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring services exceed expectations.
    • Provide technical consultations and recommendations to enhance client site operations and infrastructure.
    • Represent Axionova as a trusted partner at client meetings and site visits.
  • Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure all engineering operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    • Conduct safety audits, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or engineering operations, preferably across multiple sites.
    • Proficiency in facilities management software and engineering tools.
    • Strong knowledge of infrastructure systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.
    • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Core

    Skills:

    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client sites effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
    • Analytical and problem-solving mindset to address operational challenges creatively and efficiently.
  • Certifications:
    • Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
    • Certifications in Facilities Management or Project Management (e.g., PMP, CFM) are an advantage.
