Senior Mechanical Engineer

One of Chicago’s top auto manufacturing orgs is ready to take electric vehicle innovations to new roads. They’re hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer experienced in leading a full product life cycle from concept and design through to delivery.

You will have the opportunity to oversee Solidworks designs for injection moldings, taking full ownership of the mechanical components for assembly. These solutions will be on the cutting edge of EV devices as you partner with stakeholders and a team of Engineers to make sure the new product lines make major impacts on the industry.

• Portfolio featuring Solidworks Design or similar CAD software.
• 3D modeling experience
• Injection Molding
• 5+ years of Mechanical Engineering design
• BS in Mechanical Engineering

• Experience with sheet metal or plastic part design
• Adept at processing ECOS within a PLM or ERP system.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite 3 days a week
• Collaborative mentality
• Comfortable in a fast paced startup environment
