• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Successful completion of EIT exam, or ability to take EIT exam within 12 months
• Demonstrated interest through internships, volunteering, or memberships
• Creative thinking with a methodical and pragmatic problem‑solving approach
• Proficient communication and presentation skills to engage clients and colleagues
• Resilient, solution‑oriented mindset focused on continuous growth and value delivery
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
