The role plays a critical role in providing electro‑mechanical technical support to onsite engineers, developing and implementing solutions for hardware, electrical, and mechanical issues, analyzing non‑conformities for continuous improvement, and escalating high‑priority issues to upper management to ensure maximum asset uptime and customer satisfaction.

• Identify root cause of reported nonconformity and Salesforce tickets related to hardware and electromechanical issues, and provide technical solutions in collaboration with the technical department in Viano and the quality team.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with CSAM, E80 field service engineers, and E80 back‑office support to address client needs and concerns.
• Organize and manage periodic technological update sessions to inform and train E80 personnel and managers about the latest technologies, technical solutions, and products.
• Work with the spare parts team to order spare parts, providing an E80 part number, following up with the spare part representative, and defining priorities to implement solutions.

• Continuously review and improve the non‑conformity and ticket processes to identify recurrent issues and work with the quality team to define corrective actions.
• Continuously support and strengthen internal and external non‑conformance (NC) processes.
• Perform advanced electrical troubleshooting on every E80 machine in the system, using all available diagnostic tools as required.
• Travel onsite with the service team to address technical issues.

• A bachelor's degree in engineering or a significant related field, and experience as a field engineer, reliability and maintenance technician, or mechanical engineer.
• 7+ years of proven experience as a field or reliability engineer, or mechanical engineer.
• Strong technical background with hands‑on experience on all technical aspects of an automation system (PLC, PC, LGV, EM).
• Knowledge of SAP ERP system and CRM (Salesforce).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Power Platform.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Passion for customer service and a customer‑centric mindset.
• English language proficiency is required;
  Italian or Spanish highly preferred.

Compensation: $100 K – $110 K DOE (FLSA Exempt)
