** About the job:
*** Responsible for transfer molding and injection process development & qualification.
* Molding & injection process improvement and optimization, reduction of scrap rate, improve yield, quality, capacity and efficiency.
* Define process flow chart and control plan as well as the process and quality documentation.
* Define critical nodes in the process and develop suitable control monitors at each node, be able to use 6 sigma tools such as PFMEA, DOE, SPC etc.
* Product/process Support on New Products Development
* Support quality department to achieve the quality target of respective products series.
* Process or technical training to operators and technicians.#

* About you:

*** Mininum of 5 years’ experience in injection or transfer molding process;
* Familiar with SPC, AUTO-CAD
* Good all-round aptitude for mechanical, electrical and electronic problem-solving, good ability for process trouble shooting.
* Good possesses excellent interpersonal skills that will allow him to fully participate in an organization that values teamwork.
* Good knowledge of 6sigma tools such as SPC, FMEA, DOE, gage R&R etc.
* Good in English, Presentation and communication skills
