Process Engineering Consultant Responsibilities

• Conduct process assessments and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement Lean and Six Sigma strategies to enhance client experience and profitability.
• Analyze activities, use data analytics (Power BI, Power Query, VBA) to optimize operations.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to design and deliver solutions.
• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects, presenting recommendations and facilitating decisions.

• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing concepts.
• Background in process engineering or related function (operations, strategy, organization design, IT).
• Proficiency in data and analytics tools (Power BI, Power Query, VBA).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Current formal Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.

• Perform ongoing process reviews, identify issues early, and recommend solutions.
• Present practical recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Lead projects using process engineering methodologies and project management.
• Gather data, stakeholder feedback, and provide informed guidance to your team.
• Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team to resolve problems.
