We digitize spaces at scale, capturing 3D scans and delivering data-rich, BIM-ready models that help retailers and facility owners make smarter, faster decisions. From surveys to digital twins, we turn buildings into high-performing business assets. If you're passionate about technology, architecture, and making an impact, A100 is where you can innovate, grow, and lead alongside a team that's shaping the future of the industry.
The role:
As a BIM Manager with a retail focus, you will lead the development, implementation, and scaling of BIM standards and execution for some of the world's most recognized retail brands. Building upon your deep expertise in Revit and prototype-based rollouts, you will manage multi-site programs across hundreds of locations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and consistency at scale.
This is a strategic and client-facing leadership role. You will set the vision for BIM processes, guide teams through execution, and serve as the primary interface for client stakeholders. Your ability to think ahead, coordinate across disciplines, and navigate complex program needs will drive success for both the client and Studio A100.
In this role you will:
- Lead BIM programs for retail and multi-site owners, from concept through delivery.
- Serve as the primary interface with client teams (store planning, brand design, construction), managing expectations and building long-term relationships.
- Create and maintain BIM standards, prototypes, and templates to ensure consistency across multiple sites and program phases.
- Oversee Revit content creation and QA/QC processes, ensuring technical excellence across models and drawing sets.
- Break down complex programs into clear work plans and roadmaps for internal teams and clients.
- Coach and mentor BIM Engineers and BIM Specialists, elevating skills and driving continuous improvement across the team.
- Lead training sessions and documentation efforts to support adoption of BIM standards by internal and client teams.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, PMs) to align design intent with execution.
- Proactively identify process improvements and workflow optimizations for better speed, quality, and scalability.
- Report on program progress, milestones, and risks to both internal leadership and client stakeholders.
Apply if you have:
- A bachelor's and/or master's degree in architecture or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working on retail or multi-site architecture projects with significant exposure to prototype/rollout programs.
- 3+ years managing BIM workflows and standards, including leading teams and interfacing directly with clients.
- Deep Revit expertise, including family creation, template development, and prototype-based rollouts.
- Strong project management skills and can break down large initiatives into manageable tasks to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience collaborating directly with owner-side teams (store planning, brand design, construction).
- Excellent…
