Environmental Project Manager
Seeking a full-time Geologist / Environmental Project Manager to support environmental assessment and remediation projects. This role involves technical reporting, data interpretation, regulatory coordination, and field-based environmental investigations.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare environmental site investigation and remediation reports
- Review and analyze soil and groundwater data
- Develop soil boring logs, figures, and basic project maps
- Coordinate with state environmental and fire safety agencies as needed
- Oversee underground storage tank activities when required
- Perform soil and groundwater sampling and monitoring well installation
- Conduct hydrogeologic evaluations, including water level monitoring and slug tests
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related scientific discipline
- 1-2 years of relevant environmental consulting or field experience preferred
- Familiarity with environmental remediation programs and regulations is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally to project sites
