Sr. Project Manager

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to assist with operations and safety for construction and energy sustainability projects remotely with occasional travel in Chicago, Illinois
.

• Provide daily management and as required supervision of mechanical, central plant, renewable energy, energy storage, and other energy efficiency construction projects.
• Provide daily management and as required supervision of mechanical, central plant, renewable energy, energy storage, and other energy efficiency construction projects.
• Provide ongoing project status updates with all parties throughout design and construction.
• Manage project teams and resources, including expenditures and job cost accounting processes for accuracy, documentation, approvals, payment reporting, and tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to assure competitive cost, best schedule and delivery for all project-related equipment, supply installations, and construction services.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction/Project Management or relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience with energy projects.
• Experience leading and managing construction projects.
• MS Project, Procore, or Primavera experience.
• Understanding of mechanical and central plant drawings.
• Must be able to pass a government background check.

• Salary Range: 115k-150k
