What You'll DoAs a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead structural engineering projects from concept through construction, guiding multidisciplinary teams and delivering designs that make a lasting impact in the communities we serve.

You'll:

Lead projects of varying size, complexity, and structural systems from planning through construction.

Direct and mentor project teams, fostering technical growth and professional development.

Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and consultants to deliver exceptional project outcomes.

Oversee structural analysis, design, construction documents, and construction administration activities.

Serve as a technical resource and thought leader within the firm.

Drive improvements to standards, processes, and engineering practices across the company.

Develop strong client relationships that lead to repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Desired

Education and/or Experience At a minimum, Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering, with an emphasis in Structural Engineering. Master's Degree in Structural Engineering strongly preferred

At least 5 years of experience in the structural design of buildings

Current Professional Engineer License (structural engineering) in Texas Skills, Abilities & Qualifications Strong knowledge and understanding of fundamental engineering principles, structural behavior, and design of structural materials.

Good teammate, considerate, respectful, and supportive

Strong analytical and communication (verbal and written) skills

Strong organizational skills

Self-motivated and willing attitude

Tenacity to see a project or assignment through to completion with a high degree of quality.

Ability to effectively process and present complex information to both internal and external groups
