Major Hub Locations:
Chicago, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Denver, Boston, New York, Nashville, Bellevue, Arlington

Key Job Responsibilities Include, but are Not Limited To:

• You will be able to travel domestically up to 80%, providing regional technical support and expertise for commercial CO2 refrigeration systems across assigned geography and ensuring optimal performance and compliance with food safety standards.
• You will lead and execute refrigeration system audits, maintenance quality assessments, and reliability improvement initiatives across multiple facilities within the region.
• You will develop and implement standardized refrigeration maintenance procedures, troubleshooting protocols, and best practices to drive consistency and efficiency across all assigned sites.
• You will partner with site leadership, maintenance teams, central engineering groups, and vendor management to identify opportunities for equipment standardization, cost optimization, and performance enhancement.
• You will be able to travel up to 80% and provide escalation support and mentorship to local maintenance teams and operations personnel on refrigeration system operations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance strategies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) Full Time Exempt experience
• 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience
• 5+ years of refrigeration industry experience
• Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of commercial CO2 refrigeration applications experience
• Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques
• Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Refrigeration Trade School certificate
• Experience implementing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs for commercial refrigeration systems
