Workwiththeenvironmentalteam,Director of Technical Services ,and Environmental

Managertoensureplantsoperateinfullcompliancewithfederal,state,andlocallawsandregulations.

Committedtoserve.Assistwithplantinspectionstoensurecompliancewithcompanypoliciesandprotocols.

Assistintrainingpersonnelonenvironmentalpoliciesandprocedures.

Mastery.AchieveandmaintainfamiliaritywithPIIfacilitiesandprojects,theirenvironmentalpermitsandtheoperatingconditionswithintheirpermits.

Respectandengage.Communicateconsistentlyandpromptlywiththedepartmentteamaboutenvironmentalissues,permitconditions,compliancestatus,andanythingthatmayaffectplantorprojectoperations.

Results matter.Maintain clear,concise,organized,andaccuratefilesforallassignedenvironmentalduties.

Measurement.Conductfieldsurveysandmappingtoproduceinformationanddeliverablesforinternaluseandformunicipalandstatesubmittals.

Prepareprojectdocumentationasdirectedbythe Director of Technical Services and Environmental Manager .

Ownershipandcaring.Becomeproficientwithemergingtechnologies,includingRTKdronesandsub-centimeterGPS,andtheirapplicationtoPIIfacilitiesandprojects.

DevelopworkingproficiencyincreatingmapsanddrawingsusingCADsoftware.

Determined.Providefieldtechnicalservicestocollectcritical,time-sensitive data,includingemergencyresponsethatmayextendbeyondnormalworkinghours.

Requirements,Education and

Experience:

Associate’sor Bachelor'sdegreeinacourseofstudyrelatedtotheEnvironmentalcompliancefield

Proficientverbalandwritten English

Experiencewithenvironmentalandaggregatesamplecollection,surveying,anddroneuseforcomplianceactivitiespreferred.

ComputerliterateandcomfortableusingMSOfficeprograms,including

Excel.

ExperienceusingCADpreferred.

ExperienceoperatingaerialdroneandGPSaplus.

TrainingonbothdroneandGPSoperationswillbeprovidedasFAADrone

Pilotlicensewillberequired.

Musthaveavaliddriver’slicense,reliabletransportationandacleandrivingrecord.

Thispositionworksbothinanofficesettingandinthefieldonornearmovingmechanicalpartsandloudequipment.

Requirestheabilitytositorstandforlongperiodsoftimeaswellaslifting,bending,kneeling,squatting,climbing,walking,reaching,driving,andrepetitivemotion.
