Technical Account Director

• Own the account end to end, including relationship, technical guidance, commercial expansion, and renewals
• Act as the single point of contact for all inbound and outbound customer communications
• Guide the customer's technical approach to integration, simulation usage, and replica adoption
• Program manage 5 to 8 concurrent work streams across internal and customer teams
• Build and maintain deep organizational maps across the customer's corporate family
• Run customer cadences including weekly tactical syncs, monthly steering, and quarterly executive business reviews
• Drive multi-year account planning, expansion into new use cases, and pricing conversations
• Coordinate internal resources including FDEs, engineering, product, finance, and legal

• Engineering background with a BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience, including significant time owning complex enterprise technical accounts
• Technical fluency in simulation, perception, sensor systems, ADAS tooling, ML infrastructure, or autonomous systems
• Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar enterprise relationships
• Deep understanding of decision-making processes in large, matrixed organizations
• Strong program management instincts and commercial judgment
• Ability to travel internationally, including to Japan

• 3 to 5 years as an IC engineer at an OEM, Tier 1, or AV company
• Experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Account Director, or Customer Engineering Lead at a simulation or autonomous systems company
• Experience managing OEM relationships in automotive or trucking with international stakeholders
• Familiarity with closed-loop simulation, scenario-based testing, or sensor-in-the-loop workflows
