We are looking for a creative and analytical Game Designer to join our team working on the paper io game. As part of the casual games division, you'll help evolve one of the most iconic territory-capture games into its next generation of gameplay.

Your role will focus on designing innovative mechanics, improving engagement metrics, and supporting live operations.

Responsibilities:
Design and iterate on new gameplay features, skins, modes, and monetization strategies for Paper.io and its variants.

Analyze player data and feedback to inform improvements to retention, engagement, and monetization.

Work closely with product managers, artists, and developers to prototype and implement new content.

Develop A/B testing frameworks and track performance of live events and updates.

Create and maintain game design documentation, user flows, and wireframes.

Stay up to date with mobile game trends, especially in the hyper-casual and casual space.
