Urban Air Adventure Parks is hiring a Party Coordinator to manage the entire birthday party department. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests and works with them to design the perfect combination of food, drinks, and attractions for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, or any other type of group. The Party Coordinator is also responsible for training party staff members and managing birthday operations.

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests.
• Design and coordinate the combination of food, drinks, and attractions for events.
• Train and lead party staff members.
• Manage daily birthday operations.
• Ensure the party management system is followed.
• Exceed guest expectations and maintain 100% guest satisfaction.
• Represent Urban Air with fun and energy when communicating with guests.
• Follow up with guests to confirm expectations were met.
• Drive financial results in the store and collaborate with leadership.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
