Live Nation is the world’s leading live entertainment company, operating event ticketing, concert promotion and media. The Aragon Ballroom is a marquee venue in Chicago. This position oversees overnight cleaning staff to maintain venue standards and safety.

• Direct and supervise cleaning staff during overnight shifts.
• Provide customer service by greeting guests, addressing inquiries and complaints.
• Train staff on event‑specific details and manage staffing schedules.
• Assist management with compliance to venue policies, safety regulations, and procedural standards.
• Participate in sustainability initiatives, including waste sorting and recycling education.
• Coordinate end‑of‑event clean up and close‑out activities (e.g., storing equipment, cleaning supplies, trash).
• Oversee productivity, communicate challenges or status to the cleaning services manager.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Cleaning Services Manager.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail, quality and accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical ability: constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs. or more, occasional sitting.
