Game Facilitator at Activate Games

We are currently seeking active, passionate, and customer service‑savvy professionals to lead game experiences in our live‑action gaming environments. This position keeps you constantly on the move, requiring you to be actively present and responsive in a fast‑paced work environment. Activate fuses technology and physical activity to create immersive live‑action gaming experiences for groups of players who must complete challenges together.

• Check customers in, take payments, and make reservations.
• Brief new groups prior to the start of the game.
• Monitor customers in the gaming area and provide explanations if necessary.
• Participate with customers in active games if needed to ensure an excellent experience.
• Maintain the rooms by cleaning, painting, and any required maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, identify, and make minor repairs in the event of a malfunction.

• Strong communication, multi‑tasking, and time‑management skills.
• Must be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to adapt to unforeseen situations in a calm and efficient manner.
• Energetic, friendly, and outgoing – a people person who can command attention in a crowd.
• Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Willingness to work various shifts, from as early as 9 am to as late as 1 am.
• Basic troubleshooting and technical ability applicable to a wide variety of equipment repair and maintenance needs.
