Senior Talent Booker

The company’s business operations are in New York, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., Chicago, and Las Vegas.

We are looking to create a new Senior Talent Booker to work out of BMG’s Chicago office. This position will report to the Director of Talent for instruction and guidance on the daily tasks required.

• Research and book timely guests to appear on shows across the programming grid for Schwab Network
• Coordinate logistics for guest arrivals and wrangle guests to the set for their appearance
• Establish and maintain relationships with media relations and public relations contacts in the industry
• Attend shoots and other production events as needed
• Booking for The Schwab Network’s Digital and Linear network.

• 6+ years of booking/segment producing finance‑related content
• Self‑motivated and highly organized
• Able to work independently within a dynamic, complex, collaborative environment
• Candidates must have existing relationships with contacts in the industry
• Great interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
• Willing and able to work under tight deadline pressures
• Strong editorial judgment and a passion for business news and current events

Location:

Salary: $60,000 – $80,000
