• Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all equipment and materials are arranged appropriately.
• Provide support during events for registration, including greeting guests and checking them in.
• Serve as a point of contact for attendees, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise during the event.
• Help coordinate scheduled activities, ensuring they run on time and according to plan.
• Collaborate effectively with vendors and other event staff to facilitate smooth operations throughout the event.
• Monitor the event environment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained at all times.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential for success in this role.
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, as events may occur at various times.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with diverse groups.
• Prior experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think on your feet during fast-paced events.
