Game Designer

As a Game Designer at Entropiq, you'll define the mechanics, systems, and moment-to-moment feel of our games. You'll partner with engineers, artists, and product to prototype ideas quickly, balance for fun and fairness, and ship features that keep players engaged.

• Design engaging gameplay mechanics, systems, and progression loops;
• Prototype and iterate on ideas quickly, using data and playtests to guide decisions;
• Balance games for fun, fairness, and long-term engagement;
• Write clear design documentation and collaborate with engineering and art;
• Define and track the metrics that tell us whether a feature is working;
• Stay close to players and the wider gaming landscape for inspiration;

• 3+ years of game design experience with shipped titles;
• Strong understanding of game systems, economy, and player psychology;
• Experience designing for live games and iterating on data;
• Excellent communication and documentation skills;
• A player-first mindset and a sharp instinct for what feels fun;
• Bonus: experience in the iGaming or casual gaming space;
