Snail Games Lead Animator — Art Team eligible states

Snail Games USA is recruiting a Lead Animator to produce and guide character and creature animation across fantasy and science-fiction projects.

Location: United States - eligible states only
Contract and work arrangement: Full-time, remote only from Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maine, Missouri, New Jersey, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Washington or Wyoming. Los Angeles area preferred. US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

• Create polished keyframe animation in Blender and Unreal Engine 5.
• Maintain standards, mentor artists and review work from internal and overseas teams.
• Collaborate with art, design, technical and production teams to integrate animation and plan delivery.

• A strong portfolio showing weight, timing, body mechanics, expression and appeal.
• Professional game-animation experience including leadership, mentoring or ownership of team quality.
• Blender and UE5 fluency, broad humanoid/creature performance skills and strong communication.
