- 2+ years of experience in live event production and experiential marketing, with proven festival experience
- Strategic planning and orchestration of multi-layered event programs at Music Festivals & Events
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and external partners to ensure efficient and high-quality program delivery
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Established relationships within the festival and live events industry
- Experienced in managing $200k+ budgets and multiple projects simultaneously
- Deep understanding of the Midwestern festival and event landscape
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Confident, collaborative leader who fosters team culture and gains buy-in from key partners
- Experience navigating safety concerns and de-escalation in large crowds
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites, project management platforms, and budget tracking tools.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while driving projects forward.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Fluent in English, additional languages an advantage
