• Originate and manage residential mortgage loans, ensuring timely processing.
• Develop relationships with real estate agents, builders, and referral sources.
• Assess prospective borrowers' financial situations and loan eligibility.
• Guide clients on loan options, interest rates, and the mortgage process.
• Collaborate with underwriters and processors to ensure compliance and completeness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Participate in networking, community activities, and marketing to promote services.

• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage loan origination experience.
• NMLS registration required.
• Knowledge of mortgage regulations and compliance.
• Proven sales success.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Financial analysis and risk assessment skills.
• Proficiency in mortgage software and Google Suite.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High integrity and customer service focus.
