• Proactively maintain and improve automated trading systems.
• Monitor trading algorithms and provide feedback to developers on areas of improvement.
• Investigate trade sequences to refine and improve strategies.
• Devise new, innovative ways to tune trading parameters to increase desk profitability.
• Collaborate across the organization to improve systems and overall firm performance.

• Previous experience trading (1-2 years) with a proven track record managing an options market making book and maintaining/improving automated trading systems.
• BS/MS/BA degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Math, Economics, Finance, Physics, or related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
• Ability to take on many responsibilities quickly with a high degree of operational excellence.
• Strong Python programming skills.
