QualificationsThis is an opportunity with excellent income potential. It operates on a 100% commission basis, and it's essential to feel comfortable with this setup. If you have prior experience in our industry and a track record of success, we welcome remote/hybrid work arrangements. If you're new, training in the office will be required, but with some flexibility. This is a significant role in the community, and frequent travel is necessary to build your client list.

- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions
