This role offers a competitive base salary in the $90,000–$100,000 range. Candidates must be local to the Chicagoland area and able to be in the downtown Chicago office four days per week.

In this role, you will support enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for central functions. This is a high-impact position with exposure to senior leaders and the opportunity to develop into broader FP&A and business partnering opportunities.

• Assist in financial support to central corporate functions, including budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, financial modeling, and alignment to the long-term strategic plan
• Support the allocation process for corporate functions and help business leaders understand cost drivers and changes
• Partner across business units and global regions to ensure FP&A processes are consistent and aligned with central requirements
• Partner with Financial Reporting and Investor Relations teams on quarterly and annual reporting cycles, as needed
• Build and maintain financial models that deliver actionable insights to senior leaders
• Identify risks and opportunities, presenting mitigation strategies in partnership with relevant stakeholders
• Track KPIs and evaluate reporting consistency across corporate functions to enhance visibility, performance monitoring, and decision‑making

• 2–4 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or business partnership roles
• Advanced Excel is required; experience with Oracle/Hyperion, Workday, Adaptive, Salesforce, Tableau, or Power
  
  BI preferred
• Experience with Python, R, or SQL is a plus but not required
