Compensation
: $85,000 - $95,000 + bonus + profit sharing + 401K
- Collaborate with Advisors to deliver comprehensive wealth management services to sophisticated ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) families
- Prepare and organize materials for recurring client meetings
- Attend all local (Chicago-area) client meetings and draft follow-up correspondence and action item summaries
- Review quarterly client reporting packages and participate in quarterly review calls with clients to discuss the materials
- Track and execute client-approved action items, including working directly with clients to ensure the accurate completion and processing of all investment documentation
- Support the creation and implementation of customized asset allocation plans and wealth transfer strategies
- Coordinate with clients’ external tax, legal, and other professional advisors to facilitate tax planning, wealth transfer objectives, and philanthropic initiatives
- 2-4 years of experience in Wealth Management or High Net Worth Tax
- Must be client facing and have a desire to work very closely with clients
