Base Pay Range

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

• Financial Record Keeping:
  Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and bank entries
• Financial Analysis:
  Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and analysis to support decision making processes
• Expense Management:
  Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Accounts Payable:
  Process invoices, verify expenses, prepare payments, and manage vendor relationships

• Assist Controller with preparation of U.S. Budget files by department, using budgeted data to analyze department spending throughout the year
• Financial Audits:
  Support the Controller and other finance team members during our annual audit, providing necessary documentation and support. Collaborate with the audit team directly when required
• Process Improvement:
  Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency

• Assist Controller with preparation and submission of tax filings to ensure compliance with tax regulations

• Assist with various ad hoc projects as directed by the Financial Controller

• 2–3 years of professional accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree required; degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS)
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP)
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred

Compensation:
The base salary for this role is up to $90,000 annually. We offer a competitive base salary, employee equity program, and comprehensive benefits including:
