The role is part of our Application Support Group as an Account Processing Analyst supporting the New Accounts team. This is a hybrid position: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

• Daily processing of institutional and retail client applications
• Review documentation related to a new account
• Collaborate with other cross‑functional teams to assist with account approval and maintenance
• Cross‑reference multiple databases and ensure that regulatory aspects of AML and KYC are completed before opening an account
• Follow various regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
• Correspond with clients, sales representatives and client‑service representatives

• Bachelor's Degree
• Registrations: FINRA Series 7, 6, 63; IBKR will sponsor a FINRA license if job‑related
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient user of MS Office applications, including advanced Excel skills
• Ability to prioritize effectively and multitask
• Self‑organized team player with an excellent eye for detail

• Self‑motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision
• Superb analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Outstanding organizational and time‑management skills

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000 annually, based on skills and experience. The offered salary is just part of the total compensation package. In addition to a competitive salary, the company offers both a discretionary cash bonus and stock award as well as a wide range of benefits, including health care, tuition reimbursement and much more.
