Base pay range$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Our client is a leading financial services firm committed to delivering data-driven insights, operational excellence, and exceptional service to its clients. They are seeking a Performance Analyst to support key strategic initiatives and help drive measurable improvements across the organization.
OverviewThe Performance Analyst will evaluate operational, financial, and organizational performance to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support data-informed decision‑making. This role partners closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to deliver insights, dashboards, and recommendations that enhance overall business performance within a fast‑paced financial environment.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting tools that provide leadership with clear and timely performance insights.
- Collaborate with business units across the firm to diagnose performance challenges and support the design and implementation of solutions.
- Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Partner with teams across finance, operations, risk, and client services to ensure performance metrics align with business objectives.
- Conduct "what-if" modeling and evaluate the potential impact of process changes, resource shifts, or strategic initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of performance frameworks, methodologies, and reporting processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating sources and identifying inconsistencies or gaps.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience working with large financial or operational datasets.
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights to non‑technical audiences.
- Detail‑oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced financial environment.
- Experience in financial services, performance measurement, or operations analysis is strongly preferred.
