  • Oversee quarterly investor communications in partnership with asset management and finance teams—including statements, letters, fund updates, webinars, and performance reports—with a focus on accuracy, transparency, and clarity.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth onboarding, capital call coordination, and compliance with subscription and KYC/AML processes.
  • Coordinate with COO and Investor Operations to maintain and improve the investor portal, CRM systems, and workflow automation to support scale and service quality

Investor Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Support and expand family office and RIA channel relationships
, driving retention and cross-fund participation.
  • Coordinate investor events, webinars, and in-person meetings to provide portfolio updates and deepen relationships.
  • Assist senior leadership in capital raising campaigns and roadshows by providing materials, data, and client background summaries.
  • Gather and synthesize investor feedback and market sentiment to inform fund positioning and new product development.

Communication & Reporting

  • Partner with investment team to create, review and refine investor-facing materials such as fact sheets, quarterly reports, offering memoranda, and presentations.
  • Partner with Head of Capital markets on the end-to-end communication cycle for new funds, from offering launch through close and ongoing updates.
  • Track and analyze investor engagement metrics (response rates, capital commitments, reinvestments, etc.) to improve servicing efficiency.
  • Partner with Head of Capital Markets and external marketing agency to ensure consistency of messaging across digital platforms, investor portals, and communications.

Professional Qualifications

  • 4–6 years professional experience in investor relations, client service, or capital raising roles within private funds, real estate, or alternative investments.
  • Direct experience servicing non-institutional investors (i.e. family offices, RIAs, private wealth networks, accredited investors).
  • Demonstrated success managing a large, diverse investor base and maintaining consistent communication standards.
  • Strong financial literacy and comfort discussing fund structures, returns, and portfolio performance with investors.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
