What You’ll Do
  • Build lasting relationships with customers, discovering their financial needs and tailoring product and service recommendations.
  • Collaborate with mortgage and wealth management partners to connect customers to experts for specialized needs.
  • Operate a teller drawer serving customers in the lobby/drive‑up.
  • Open accounts, perform account maintenance and assist customers with digital products.
  • Recognize potential fraud and other risks.
  • Depending on the shift, support bank opening/closing.
  • Help support community and bank events.
Qualifications
  • 1‑3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role.
  • Retail banking experience preferred.
  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $21.00 – $28.00 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay may vary based on candidate qualifications, skills and experience.
